We want you to be happy with our work. Because we provide custom, made-to-order design and development services, this policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work.
Deposits
Most projects begin with a deposit that reserves your spot in our schedule and covers initial work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they account for time and resources committed to your project.
Cancellation by You
You may cancel a project at any time by emailing us. If you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond the value of completed work may be refunded at our discretion.
Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we cancel a project we cannot complete, we will refund any amounts you have paid for work not yet performed.
Refund Eligibility
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, apply only to prepaid work that has not yet been performed.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt.
Hosting & Maintenance Plans
Ongoing hosting and maintenance plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period, and service continues until the end of that period.
